Returns & Exchanges Policy

At AGOLD Clothing, we want you to love your fashion purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Important Notes:

  • All swimwear items must be returned with original hygiene liners intact and tags attached – these are final sale if the hygiene liner has been removed.
  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items).

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Submit Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear AGOLD Customer Service, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for the following item(s) from order #[Your Order Number]: – Item Name: – Size: – Color: – Reason for return/exchange: – Preferred resolution: [Refund/Exchange for (specify size or item)] Please provide return instructions at your earliest convenience. Step 2: Receive Your Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) with all original tags and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipment until it reaches our warehouse.

Refund Processing

Timeline:

  • Once received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • For PayPal payments: refunds typically appear within 24 hours of processing.

Exchange Processing:

  • Exchanges will be shipped once we receive and inspect your return.
  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, you’ll be charged the difference.
  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees.
  • We cannot mark returned items as “gifts” or declare a lower value.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency exchange rates.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
  • Final sale items (clearly marked on product page)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
