Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95)
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Basic tracking included
Note for International Customers: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country. All customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your AGOLD purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with:
- Subject: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
- Item name, size, and color
- Reason for return/exchange
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange details)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely with:
- All original tags attached
- A copy of your order confirmation
- RMA number visible on the package

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse. Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners (must have original liners and tags)
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
- Final sale items (clearly marked on product pages)
Refund Processing
Once received, your return will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
- Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days (processing time varies by bank)
- PayPal refunds: Typically appear within 24 hours of processing
For exchanges: We’ll ship your new item after receiving and inspecting your return. Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
- We cannot mark returns as “gifts” or declare lower values
- Refunds will be issued in USD (currency exchange rates may apply)
